What is goMobi?

goMobi is a service that makes your customers’ businesses easily available to mobile users with a fast and easy mobile website. Millions of people are now using their mobile phones to surf the Internet and look for information and services. goMobi ensures customers can easily find their businesses anywhere, anytime. Thanks to its intuitive and easy-to-use interface, their customers get immediate access on their mobile phone to all the key information about the business and are able contact them with just one click or touch.

What are the benefits to my customers?

goMobi helps your customers address the rapidly growing number of mobile web users, and provides them with an easy and welcoming way to grow their business. goMobi is the perfect solution for a customer looking to capture more business from mobile users: it is easy to set up and maintain, helps them increase their visibility and maximizes every lead.

How is my goMobi mobile site built?

When your customer signs up for goMobi, they get access to the user friendly goMobi Setup Assistant which puts them in charge of their site’s look and content. With the Setup Assistant their site can be built in minutes and edited whenever you wish. Another great feature of the goMobi site is that some of the content from the full site will already be populated for them on the goMobi site, such as the telephone number, address and logo etc.

What is included with goMobi?

The following is included in the package:
- Hosting of the goMobi site
- Unlimited access to the Setup Assistant to modify the customers mobile website site
- A fair use policy applies to traffic volumes a 2,000 page views per day is the approximate ceiling.

What languages are available?

The goMobi Setup Assistant tool is available in the following languages: English, German, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, French, Dutch and Chinese (Simplified).
- The site owner can create their site in any language
- The site visitor can translate the mobile site into 30+ languages

Does goMobi provide Analytics?

The Setup assistant has a custom analytics tool for site owners can track how much traffic is coming to their site. Site owners also have the option to add Google Analytics to their site.

Is goMobi available as a White label solution

Yes branding can be customized for Resellers and their downstream partners, to support a white label solution.

Does goMobi work on all mobile devices?

With a variety of interface templates, goMobi delivers a great experience not only on Smartphones but on any mobile device which helps convert mobile traffic into customers.

Is it possible to auto-populate goMobi sites for my customers?

Yes; Resellers can easily auto-populate goMobi sites for their customers using the goMobi configuration API. Please contact you goMobi Account Manager for more information.

I am interested in bulk creation of mobile website; can I do this?

This is available to all resellers of goMobi through the goMobi Configuration API. For a small number of sites (approximately twenty) you can use the ‘Copy Site’ feature in the ‘Advanced’ section.

Is it possible to integrate goMobi with a website builder?

Yes; it is possible to integrate goMobi into your existing website builder, using our API you can automate creating mobile sites from existing desktop sites.

Can I add my own custom icons to my mobile website?

Yes, with goMobi you can upload custom icons to all features that can be displayed on a mobile site via the Advanced Options area of any feature.

How does goMobi help to increase a site's visibility in mobile search engines?

The goMobi site is built using good practice recommendations, as outlined in Google's Search Engine Optimization Guide, which include creation of a sitemap, well defined page titles and descriptions, optimized site structure for navigation, good URL structure, optimized robots.txt, and site submission to directories. In addition, the customer can provide keywords for their business, which are used to assist search engines to rank the site's relevance to an end user's search request. Links to social network sites will also assist in this process.

What's the benefit to my customer of buying goMobi?

goMobi lets your customers' businesses reach a broader audience. Recent studies show that the mobile web is the place to be: 43% of consumers use their browser to access the internet on their phone, and 68% of consumers indicated that if they knew a website had a 'made-for-mobile' version, they would make a point to visit it over the standard website. All this recognition along with stellar reviews in the local press have made Manifesto a very popular restaurant in Dublin. To capitalize on this growing interest, Manifesto decided to improve on their web presence to make it easier for customers to find the restaurant. As part of this effort, Manifesto decided to include mobile in their online strategy for the growing number of customers that access the internet on a mobile phone.
